Legendary journey of actor Sushant
Singh Rajput has been cut short, but has set an example and inspired many to be
vocal about awful culture prevailing in the film industry. Yet his untimely
demise crafted by few shameless and morally corrupt deemed owners of film
industry failed to control outburst from professionals across industries,
sectors and age groups.
The mental agony Sushant suffered
is experienced by most of the professionals who are talented, honest, believe
in growing on merit, high on integrity, work professionally, refuse to
compromise, ready to compete, take on challenges and speak the truth. While on
the other hand, brigade of privilege mediocre individuals thrive due to
invisible – yet predictable - hand of top management or are related to some
influential parent/bureaucrat/family.
Having gone through similar
experience while playing professional cricket (selectors, office bearers etc),
working in industry association and during specialized projects (community
driven groups, esp bongs). It is usual to come across true professionals who have been
manipulated by the so called “system”, which actually is a set of below average
individuals working towards planning failure of talented & better ones. In
order to conceal their mediocrity they will stoop to any extent and have
notional victory.
There is no respite or solution
to this direct and indirect nepotism in the professional space. Because
committees created to address the same are mere reflection of policy yet
frivolous, ineffective and with members as puppets of someone. To take
decisions and correct actions require courage but if it’s done, loss of
position or work is a predictable outcome.
Meritorious professionals usually
don’t go far, however manipulative and mediocre do, because it’s one v/s many
or one = many. Latter, which of course is nearly impossible to accept by fake
thought leaders because of their own agenda to be god father to privilege
mediocre set.
Late Sushant Singh Rajput must
have suffered a lot professionally as well as mentally and chosen a permanent
solution to a temporary problem created by few morally corrupt people who are a
sham and of low acumen. His soul, now must be in peace and in his total control.
While all of us who are still
alive and fighting daily battle should continue to be self-motivated, be
ourselves, stay unperturbed, be bold, be courageous and if required speak up, make
world aware about the atrocities being done by morally corrupt clan. Profession
is just a part of life, not life.
Mark in the history will be made
by real talent in their chosen areas, irrespective of barriers fabricated by
insecure individuals and groups.
RIP Sushant Singh Rajput

Rightly said but one should not leave hope and fight against all'the odds as these so called will be on every step and like a shadow. Also one should take support of family and friends.
ReplyDeleteIts true that such individual or group of people try to control things according to their wish and do everything to stop all those talented lot who can break their monopoly. But is quitting the right decision? I don't think so. We should keep on trying to overcome such hurdles and try to create a healthy and fair atmosphere. I know it is very difficult but not impossible. Sushant Singh Rajput will always be remembered for his work he has done in Indian cinema RIP. really
